Corbyn’s Cove Beach:
A coconut palm fringed beach six kilometers from Port Blair, ideal for swimming and sunbathing. It has a hotel, restaurant, bar, changing room, and adventure water sports.
There are many beach activities at Corbyn’s Cove Beach. The beach offers water sports, beach walks, swimming, or relaxing on the sand. Boating, scuba diving, speed boating, parasailing, jet skiing, surfing, and many more adventurous water sports are available at Corbyn’s Cove Beach.
It is a 1 km long white sandy beach where you can stroll, sit and relax with your loved ones. You can visit nearby places if you don’t want to spend the whole day at the beach. Snake Island, said to be full of snakes, is worth a short trip with beautiful coral reefs, fishes, etc.
For the history buff, the Japanese Bunker is a treat to the eye on the beach, while the famous Cellular Jail or Kalapani Jail in India is just 7 km away from Corbyn’s Cove Beach. This is one of the most popular and best beaches in Port Blair.

There is no time to visit Corbyn’s Cove Beach, it is one of the few beaches that you can visit at any time of the day, any time of the year.

Chidyatapu Beach
Munda Bahar Beach is at Chidyatapu, commonly known as Chidyatapu Beach. It is one of the best Port Blair beaches mostly all the visitors coming to the Andaman Islands are visiting here. The beach is rarely crowded and is a nature lover’s paradise. Many tourists visit this beach not only to enjoy the cool waves of blue color but also to watch the birds. You can choose this beach before or after trekking.
Chidyatapu beach is situated in South Andaman District and about 25 km (45 minutes) from central Port Blair, this place can be reached by taxi or bike rental from the city. Buses also operate from Port Blair Bus Stand.
Munda Bahar Beach is known as Sunset Point View. Munda Bahar Beach is an unmistakable and important part of the Andaman Islands, making it a tourist stunner. Wandoor Beach
Wandoor Beach is another best beach nearby Port Blair which is an hour’s drive from Aberdeen Bazaar. Regular government and private buses are also available from Port Blair.
Wandoor Beach is known for its natural beauty and is very popular among tourists, located 29 km west of Port Blair. The boundary of the Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park lies across the coast.
Boats are available from Wandoor Jetty to visit the Marine National Park. At the entrance to the Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park, visit the world-class Marine Interpretation Centre.
Wandoor Beach delights those who crave solitude. Vantur beach was badly damaged during the tsunami, the impact of which can still be seen today in the form of fallen logs on the shore.

Collinpur Beach
Collinpur beach is one of the beautiful beaches near Port Blair, and one can reach it by road. It is 33 km away from the Port Blair city center.
