Little Andaman is just 120 km away from the capital of Andaman Nicobar Islands [Port Blair], there is a daily ferry /ship service to this island. It takes 6-7 hours of journey, there is also a helicopter service thrice a week, which has limited seats, so mainly tickets are available for emergency purposes. if seats remain tourists / other people are also allowed, but the cost of a helicopter is very high compared to the ferry ticket.
